Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”)

The website https://meet.uae-consultants.com/ and its subdomains (collectively, and individually, the «Website») are owned and operated by Business Boutique DMCC («Business Boutique», «We», «Us», or «Our»). Business Boutique DMCC is a limited liability free zone company duly registered in and regulated by Dubai Multi Commodity Centre (DMCC), with license number DMCC-233817, with registered address at Office 310, Jumeirah Bay Tower X3, Cluster X, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Business Boutique DMCC provides certain services through the Website, including (but not limited to) allowing you to: access our Video Course (“Course”) content, sign up for our news and notifications and request us to contact you.

1. Use of the Website and the Course

ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS WEBSITE AND THE COURSE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH USING THE WEBSITE AND THE COURSE.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL, ORGANIZATION, COMPANY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, A WARRANT SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO BUSINESS BOUTIQUE THAT YOU MAY DO SO.

In order for this Agreement to come into existence, Business Boutique must receive the full payment for the Course from you.

2. Access to the Course

To access the Course it is necessary to make the respective payment by clicking on the relevant button on Our Website. We use a payment service provider, PayTabs, to receive the payments.

Once payment is made, we will be notified by the system about the same and within 24 hours from the moment you purchased the Course, you shall receive an email from Us with the link to the Course. You may then access the Course through an internet connection by following the link provided in the email and by setting up a password for your account.

Business Boutique DMCC will ensure all commercially reasonable steps are taken in order to promote an uninterrupted access to the Course. However, access may be prone to interruption or may be restricted as a result of unexpected matters. This may occur from time to time for reasons beyond the control of our server. The Course, from time-to-time, may be susceptible to such events through power outages, unpredictable actions by hackers, force majeure events and other actions contained or not contained within the law. You should note, access may be denied or interrupted as a result of internet traffic exceeding the servers limit, software issues, programming errors, server downtime, regular maintenance and other related reasons. Should the above occur, we will take commercially reasonable action and attempt to restore the full access to the purchased Course within a reasonable, yet realistic period of time. The term ‘Commercially reasonable’ shall include but be not limited to the taking of reasonable action in good faith, without excessive burdens or expenditure of time, resources, personnel or financial capital.

3. Grant of license

Upon successful payment, Business Boutique will hereby grant you a license to use the purchased Course. It is important to note, this license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable, and is subject to the rights and obligations granted under this Agreement.

In case you purchase the Course at a special discounted rate, the license to use the Course is provided for one (1) year only. The start date for the use of license shall be the date, when you receive your Course access link.

In the event you purchase the Course at a standard rate, you qualify for a lifetime access to the purchased Course. You can login to your account from virtually anywhere at any point of time and access the purchased Course easily.

4. Pricing

The Course may be offered on Our Website at a special price. The special prices are only available for a certain period of time. At all other times the Course can be purchased at a standard price. The price which you will be charged is the price at the time you complete your purchase of the Course.  The prices offered to existent and new users might differ as the promotions offered to the parties might vary.

Business Boutique reserves the rights to change the Course prices at any time. The change in pricing of the Course will not affect already purchased Course.

You agree not to use any invalid and/or unauthorized payment methods. In case your payment method fails but you still receive access to Our Course, you will pay the equivalent fees within fourteen (14) days after you receive a notification from Us. Business Boutique reserves the right to restrict the access to the Course for which the relevant payment was not received.

5. Refund

As much as we want you to be satisfied with the Course you purchase on the Website, we want to ensure that you understand the refund policy of Business Boutique.

Please note that refunds are only processed for purchases made on our official Website. Any purchases via third parties are non-refundable. You can learn more about restrictions on refunds in the relevant section below.

In case for any reason you are not happy with the purchased Course, please, let us know via our Support Centre by sending an email to support@uae-consultants.com.

5.1. Eligibility for Refund

You can request a full refund up to 7 days after paying for access to a Course, provided you have not accessed the videos and materials yet.

5.2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund contact our Support Centre at support@uae-consultants.com.

Upon determining that a refund is due to you, we will issue such refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of our confirmation that such refund is due to you.

All refunds will be credited back to the card you used to purchase the Course.

5.3. Reasons for Denied Refunds

While we allow for refunds within 7 days to protect students, we also need to ensure that Business Boutique as Course creators are protected from fraud.

We have the ability to track how you work your way through the Course and which progress you made with the viewing of the purchased Course. Additionally, we are able to see, if you accessed the Course and materials, in general, or not.

You can request a full refund up to 7 days after paying for access to a Course, provided you have not accessed the videos and materials yet.

Any refunds requested after 7 days following the purchase, or once you have accessed the videos and materials, will not be processed.

If you purchased this Course via a web-site of the third party, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund for you. As we did not process the original transaction, we do not have information on it and we will not be able to initiate the refund. We recommend you to contact the third party you purchased this Course from. Additionally, Business Boutique’s Course is offered solely on our official Website, therefore, any purchase from a third party is deemed to be illegal.

5.4. Refund Policy Abuse

In case you purchase and refund a Course or multiple Courses over an extended period of time, your account may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy and no refunds shall be processed.

6. Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, we have a policy with regards to intellectual property of Business Boutique.

All rights are to be reserved for the private ownership of Business Boutique DMCC. As such, all intellectual property rights, regarding the Course, belong exclusively to Business Boutique DMCC. This includes but is not limited to, the Course titles, patents, copyrights, trademarks, Web development, design development, proprietary information, strategies, business models, business plans, Website, existing and future features and content, databases as well as any content provided through but not limited to the servers, being either registered or unregistered, shall remain the exclusive property of Business Boutique.

Henceforth, actions which include but are not limited to tampering with content, databases, servers or any such property of Business Boutique, as well as any attempt to interfere with or disable any Business Boutique property, shall be deemed illegal. Furthermore, the following actions will be punishable by law: constructing a derivative copy of the Business Boutique Course, reverse engineering of the Website or the Course, assembling the Course in another manner and of same or different design. Any attempts to do so are deemed to be illegal too.

9. Termination of Use

You should not use this Course, or sign in to the Course through the provided URL, should you not understand that the only permitted use of the Course is for you to gain knowledge for yourself. Henceforth, you should refrain from using the Webiste and the Course, in case you do not comply with all of the above, or respect and understand that no Course materials or content may be shared. You may not be involved in the transfer of ownership regarding the Course too. Should you not comply with the rules set forth in this Agreement, this may lead to termination of your access to the Course with no option for refund. Additionally, legal actions can be taken against you.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai International Financial Centre. The parties shall submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with the Website, Course or this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre.

11. Indemnification

Should you agree to the Terms of Use, you will agree to indemnify, protect and hold unaccountable Business Boutique for any actions that aren’t on our behalf. You agree to indemnify, protect and hold unaccountable all partners, employees or agents of Business Boutique, against any demands or claims from third parties, any damages, loses or expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees) which have come forth due to your actions and violation with respect to the Terms of Use.

12. Updating the Terms of Use Agreement

You should note that from time-to-time we may update this Agreement in order to further elaborate, clarify, reflect or add new Terms of Use, for example when new features are incorporated within the Course.

Should any changes occur regarding the materials or content provided, Business Boutique will notify you by email (the email address specified within your account). Modifications are ensured to be operative as soon as possible. It is to be noted that any modifications regarding the Terms of Use will supersede all previous Terms of Use, should you continue to use the service after Terms of Use modifications have been made.
